Academic Language Week 29 - School Conferences

parents should face jail time for missing their child's school conference. By going to your kids conference it lets you know how they are doing in school. Conference is ameeting they have and its about a student and how they are doing, its good to go to because it gives you RESOURCES about your kids education. If parents don't go to their kids conference how are they going to know how they are doing in shool. Also it shows ids that their parents aren't paying attention to their school work so they slack off. But if parents go to their kids conference it could help their kids SEEK their future. Another important thing is conference keep you updated on your kid like if he has been miss behaving. Example, if your kid gets expell they have to TRANSFER school and you wouldn't know why your kid got expell and the reason is because you weren't checking on your kids education.

Is it sad that this kid got killed. The man that murder him should be in jail. The government should do something about. They should change the law in florida. Gps should require for Habitual truant students. By having the Gps it will help them do better. Thea devices are provided by the ADMINISTER. Also by having these Gps it will keep students more in school. After a while the students using the device will CONDUCT there behavior to a more appropriate.Gos are good for those kids that have a hard time in school.

Rain blog paragraph

Without rain things would be different. Rain cleans a lot of things like rooftop of houses, cars, streets, ocean, rivers, and places where water doesn't reach. The rain helps grow vegetation where people don't live. Another important thing is it helps little bugs and insect such as snails. This is why I think rain is good it has a lot of benefits

Academic Language Week 22 - Felons Voting

Felon should not be able to vote. people that have commit felonies should not be able to vote for many COMPLEX reasons. It wouldn't be right for them to vote because they have done something bad it is RELEVANT like if something illegal trying to vote. Also they are in jail and they probably don't have the SOURCE of education in there for them to learn who is running for president.

Academic Language Week 2 - Cars

 I would want a car to drive itself. It would be good because it can save time because it would know the right route where I'm going. People woudn't have to learn the METHOD of driving. It is good because if you give the car a distination after it will arrive the car will PROCEED anywhere else you want it to go. By having cars drive not a lot of accidents will OCCUR. This is why I think cars driving itself is better

Adults shoul have the right to carry a concealed handgun. They should be able to because there is dangerous people out there that have guns. They should ESTABLISH a rule that everyone Gould have a gun because it could cause less robberies and deaths. You can INDICATE that carrying a handgun is safe because there is people that may not have legs or have problems which they can't defend them self. Also you could JUSTIFY that if a lady had a gun and he was being rob by three men she could protect herself. That's why I think carrying a handgun can be good

Homonyms practice paragraph

We went to a different school to play football. It was their home field and they're excited. They're so bump up because it is their homecoming dance, so they had a reason why they want to win. There is a lot of people there cheering for their he team. We kicked off to them and they run it until he was tackle. After while we get the ball and we start running the ball but we fail to score. In the second quarter we finally score and right after that they came back with a touchdown of their own. Third quarter we get another touchdown but gets called back because he was taunting while he was running into the in zone. They score so now they are winning people start getting frustrated. After fumbling couple times we finally score. Now it's a time game and it's their ball. Our defense stops them but their defense stopped us too. The game ended and it was tie they refuse to go over time. It was a good game their team running back was a good player and he was the one who helped the most

Academic Language Week 25 - Concealed Handguns

Adult should not be able to carry a concealed handgun. People would be using their guns over reason that are not ment to shoot each other over. The situation would not ESTAbLISH anything, there would be nothing but gore and more and more violence. You don't use handguns to JUSTIFY what's right. Guns are used for other to indicate and tell people to stand there ground. And therefor guns should mot be held by any adults without a reasons to.
