JCCS Academic Language Assessment Week 27 - Drug Sniffing Dogs

I agree with official using drug-sniffing dogs .
According to NBC, Kultgen says, "I just believe again, that it's a good tool for keeping our kids safe and keeping that off our campus and a good deterrent as we move to educate our kids."(source link).
This shows that it can help kids stay away from drugs.
This also shows that students won't do drugs in school because of the sniffing dog.
According to Watchdogs.org, "In the ruling, Judge Diana Murphy said the searches were conducted in accordance with school policy and did not undermine a reasonable expectation to privacy on the part of the students." (source link).
This shows that if a teacher ASSUME a student is under the influence they have the right to search their locker.
This also shows that if a student is being search they can not RESPOND with resistance.
In conclusion, there is a PROCESS before getting drug sniffing-dogs in school.
